  • 4:45 wtf

  • AMEN!!!

  • 4:20 hi im daigo and i spam hadokens like shit

  • @Sephicito

Ur not daigo and not good sf player would complain about hadokens. Pick another game kid we don't want you.

  • I would have to say Iyo shows more skill in this video. People need to stop riding Daigo's balls.

  • @Typhoon860

Guess what? Daigo won. In competitive fighting games it is about WINNING and who can WIN. Daigo WINS more than the rest, therefore Daigo has more skill. Stop hating, how about that?

  • 3:46 WTH, how does this shoryuken hited ?? does Iyo teleport ?

  • Close match!

Daigo was being way more careless than he normally plays. Had Iyo not missed some opportunities to score major damage, he would have won I think.

  • Ryu is easier to play than Dhalsim.

  • at the end of round 1 Iyo got downloaded

  • 4:47 was insane!

  • That last round O_O

  • could someone tell me why dhalsim did not teleport ?

i cant play this game yet but im gonna learn.

i thought he can teleport at any time so he can run a way from corners...

  • @yme4me sometimes its not safe to teleport because you're vulnerable for a second afterwards. I'd be careful to teleport around daigo lol.

  • @WaxOff510 so that means it is not safe like back dash in Tekken but in tekken i can cancel delay.Thansk for reply mate!

  • @WaxOff510 this is true

  • @yme4me iyo plays hes game,he has the best dalhsim in the world, but he lost lol

  • wtf ggs

  • Respond to this video... lmao this is so disappointing. using dalsim is cheap noobs lol

  • i would do anything to fight daigo, I truly believe I could give him a run for his money.

  • @Bugsykato You're an idiot, yay.

  • @Ammaculate44

    not really.

  • @Bugsykato You're an idiot, yay.

  • @Bugsykato you have no idea what tltr is, do you. kthx. get any smarter yet.

  • @Ammaculate44 i dont care what it means, you're an idiot. Wtf are u saying kthx for when i havent done anything for you, you sound mental. Obviously you are considering the fact that I'm not the only one that hates you, I looked at your page. Everyone thinks your an a%^hole, because you are.

  • @Ammaculate44 lmfao tltr.. fail attempt at the acronym.

  • Daigo is a beast, but he plays with cheap characters. This Iyo shown a LOT MORE skill for what he did in this fight. Much better than Daigo.

  • dhalsims cheap as hell

  • God, watching this makes me realize how far Street Fighter has fallen. it sucked at the beginning, got good when they took ideas from other fighters, and now this overhyped crap is still selling. It's like I'm in a Hot-Topic.

  • that last round was insane...

  • daigo...truly is a fucking beast!

  • That Dhaisim is intense.

I wonder who is better Iyo or Arturo's Dhalsim.

  • @deopatri iyo

  • this guy ... is the fuking king of SF ever.

  • OMG Daigo is simply immense!! the speed of the FADC and the ways he gets the ultras N supers in are just fantastic! What a surprise that the best on SF is japanese,,,,,,, NOT!

  • thought that dhalsim would win but good play from both

  • I see daigo, whenever he is about to loose a round he keeps back and fills his SC gauge, its the best way to compensate.

  • awesome fight!!

  • daigo ur da best! lookin 4 u at evo this year! wana play me? NEO_ONE_ PSN

  • @TheNEOONE1 u suk

  • @LoserBo1 lol u not even played me

  • @TheNEOONE1 dun matter.

  • turn the sound louder!

  • Was this recorded at the bottom of the ocean?

  • @Sephlock no it was recorded in daigo's closet

  • @Sephlock Lmao!

  • @Sephlock ROFLMAO, gatta love creative comments.

  • @Sephlock lol i think it was

  • Cant beleive how most of you fight each other because of some video game nerds , playing SF4 !! ffs...

  • Oh realy? Why dont u try to do the exact same thing he does then? Hadoken, hadoken , Hadoken!!! Im looking forward to see u on EVO. <== Lol

  • so is there a reason only like half the characters are unlocked?

  • on 4.47 that win for Ryu was awesome

  • @burzumaske20

there's no such thing as "spamming" fireballs. Should he NOT pressure his opponents? Any patient player can find a counter to it...

  • why dont u go try spam fireballs and win something?

  • What the F*** how you gonna have a tournament without all the characters available to play Gen ain't there Cammy ain't there jheeze I love them characters man

  • thats how the arcade ver is, no other characters except for those

  • GREAT VID.

  • daigo is not human

  • You also need tp play with a fighting stick,But, If you r not used to it, It's a pain in the Ass I wanna see Competitive Joypad Players also..

  • Think is more remarkable Dhalsim player than Daigo, finally Ryu is the average jack-of-trades character, but Dhalsim.... oh man! you need to be a real expert to give a match like this with him,... respect!!

  • I saw a list of the tiers for SF4, and Dhalsim was pretty low while Ryu was one of the top. It definitely requires a lot of skill to play as Dhalsim, but I guess the tiers mean a lot less.

  • Street Fighter 101 for beginners 1: There is NO SUCH THING as CHEAP. Just because you can't figure out a tactic does'nt make it cheap

2: Zoning is essential in high level play, like it or not

3: Footsies and pokes win the majority of matches

4: Spamming is what beginners do. Someone like Daigo may seem to spam but he is setting you up. A true spammer just throws out moves without a strategic purpose, hoping to get lucky

5: Combos, while important, ARE NOT EVERYTHING

    nice vid

  • What's zoning?

  • daigo eats, sleeps, and breaths sf4. hes pro. i think hes a very offensive and aggressive player and stresses his opponents so much that they cant react or dont know how to react.

  • @mike12512 people ( also you )

think if you play a game much or play football 24/7 it wont say you would be the best you need talent to.

  • Don't ever post on my videos again. Noobs are not welcome.

  • commit suicide

  • comebacks in this match are amazing, you think one of them is gonna lose then baam!!! tables turn

  • Seems kinda unfair that he can shoryu his way outta some of those Flames, but hey. In any case, that Dhalsim is fun to watch.

  • well daigo wins as ever, but that dhalsim player was made of pure awesomeness! probably one of the best I've ever seen

  • I know it's awesome, but I wanna point out that it's just a game, no need to get so angry... >_>

  • @Siberianhusky89 i think u need a therapist or any type of mental help possible

  • Yah, the kid has issues.

  • Dude, your post made no fucking sense whatsoever. The only reason its popular is because it's name is street fighter and it has all the sf characters? Well what the fuck do you expect, its STREET FIGHTER.

But I guess you're another one of the loldaigohadoukenspamlol retards who keep thinking they'd own him any day of the week, but haven't won a single recognized competition.

As for people fucking off out of here.. it's a street fighter video, you please fuck off if you hate it.

  • I haven't played a damn SF since A3, I've played VF4 and Tekken recently, but you're hate is bull shit. If you don't like, don't watch and go waste you're time doing something else. Noboday cares if you think it's a waste of time or not

  • lol, rage more scrub.

Someone clearly got owned in SF4 and is now afraid to play it.

  • Cool story bro

  • I'm gonna say this... Mind games are dead. All you need to do is 1 tactic and it's over.

  • haha, what a video to post that comment on! Notice the overhead chop Daigo uses constantly, as well as the fireball zoning and teleport predictions and the shoryuken guessing. Mind games are back, and this video is proof

  • What? Are you serious? They've ALWAYS been there! It's just people were ignoring every other 2D Fighter that came out before this game because it's name wasn't Street Fighter! Also, this video is old! Watch his newer matches where he doesn't do overheads anymore and he does the same shit. Why? Cause he knows it'll work! There's no mind games involved, he just zones, comes in for a poke, does 2 of the same pressures, and hadoukens more for alot of guard damage. Mind games are dead.

  • Game is great, your just a scrub.

    An angry scrub.

    lol @ you.

  • Daigo always puts on a great show

  • You know, I haven't played Street Fighter for many years, but even I find those Daigo matches really exciting. I just can't stop watching them!

  • @_@

  • thats some action there

  • LMAO WTFBBQPWNED LOL.

Yahh698 HAHAHA, fuckin funny. yet so true.

  • damn whos recording this the guy across the street?

  • lol @ fabriziobil just go online and spam hadouken and see how it gets u wins.

  • this match was amazing. two of the best without a doubt, and Iyo is just incredible with dalshim! the 4th and 5th round had intense finishes, awesome !

  • Dhal is a good character if you know him as is any character if you use and practice with him. Dhal has some of the hardest combos to get off and this guy played with him real well.

Like all characters, they all have some advantage, dhal needs to be played at far as Zang needs to be close in etc etc.

Best part is 7:23 and would have been epic if he got the ultra off after it.

  • damn! that was exciting!

  • wow!!!! 7:23 the best part in my opion!

  • that was such an incredible match . . . .

  • 4:48 was probably the greatest finish I have seen in a very long time....total awesomeness from Ryu with the uppercut cancel into super

  • I don't really believe that when high level players fight that tiers come into it. Sagat is in a tier of his own but Daigo beats Mago and Ojisan-boy most of the the time.

  • MonkeyPower, Daigo has used Ryu throughout his career, with the exception of Street Fighter Third Strike, where he used ken.

I also hate when people bring in character tiers. You can have a terrible player using a "top tier" character and lose, and vice versa.

The people at Capcom didn't sit down, and draw out who was going to be better then who. The drew a character, made up a short story for them, gave them some moves, and made a GREAT game.

  • when two godly players play tiers will come into play

  • @mikolyyyy true dat

  • one more thing i slao dont like when people hate ryu cus of his hadouken spamming, each character has their own advantage and dis advantages and counters for hadouken spamming, so ryu haters think ryu is a scrub from spamming hadouken's when they should calm down relax and fake ryu into a trap for spamming and nail him really fucking hard.that's y i dont spam hadoukens cus ppl expect it i practically dont do any hadoukens unless the end of a combo. i really dont do any at all and i b kickin ass

  • yo i read ya comments and i sooooo much agree with u. i also hate ryu haters and i hate the fact that ppl hate him cus of spammin and they think thats cheating. that's one of ryus strong points it forces u to think. and when u get caught for spammin u get punished and think twice b4 throwing hado's. and while u thinking u getting fucked up.

  • It ain't spamming. Look at what Iyo is doing with his arms and yoga fire all the time. How is he supposed to even reach him without hadokens. imo daigo is a lot better then iyo.

  • i know im tlking about ppl who hate on ryu cus of his hadouken's like u said if he fighting dhalsim he needs to reach him someway and somehow

  • so i suggest that everyone get off ryu and complain about one character who is a cheater....SAGAT....he too powerful. Ryu also have character's who are just too much for him. and not all people can easily beat certain characters. for instance me i consider my self a pro with ryu( not being cocky) because of my skill level, but i can't stand blanka's, balrog's , Zangief's, Sagat's, and and gen's. so yea ppl i just had too let that go cus i hate ryu haters, and i gave out my weaknesses.

  • Why do you say you have trouble with all these characters if you are a pro... Outside of Ryu, most of the pro just say this game is not that bad for the tier list. I should also had that when you are pro it's not much the characters that worry you, but the mixup, executions and the stress in general.

I'm not a pro to this game, but I do have played street fighter series for over 8 years now and so far it's what seen for me what most best players I've played against agreed to.

  • I have played this game since before it was released for a console system, and for me? It is the day, the match, and sometimes, very crucial, the joystick.

But I agree with what I think is your final point. Tiers are only brought up by sub-par players.

  • u know wat i can't stand, is ppl hatin on ryu, ok ryu is my top #1 fav character cus he inspires mme in my martial artts, i dont like him cus u can easily spam hadouken's i actually hate that.. but i use that as an advantage, cus when ppl fight me they automatically expect hadoukens' when i fake them out with crouchin light punches. if u think about ryu is a hell of a fighter cus he spend all his life training. thats y he so good. and ryu does have his weak points , and ppl who r better.

  • Oh my gosh as soon as this video came on my ears were bleeding!!! Stupid skull candy awesome headphones haha

  • I heard skull's were low end.

  • stupid ppl LOL daigo is the best -.- dont matter what tear the character is its how u play the character dhalsim is pretty solid regardless of his tear lOl

  • I wasn't a big fan of Diego's move to pure throwing. I totally get that it's an integral part of the game, but once you're on top of someone, to throw, jab once, throw, jab twice, throw, throw, jab, throw - is just lame and desperate - the defender is reduced to doing nothing more than taking a wild guess as to whether you're gonna jab or throw - it's pretty lame if you ask me. I think Diego is an incredibly smart player, but Iyo's skill is not to be believed.

  • Diego, lol.

  • imagine if daigo finished with a metsu at the very end.

  • yeah,

    that move was really amazing

you can tell he was baiting IYO to go for that punch so he could punish him,

daigo was planning that move the whole time

    just amazing

  • thats y asians are more competitive players around... :)

  • I def think Iyo has the better skill. Daigo has patience, a good switch up to pure throw aggression and the ultra on tap (including when trading), but I dunno, I just don't have a lot of respect for pure throwing - it's not that it's cheap, just really one dimensional, especially to the degree Daigo resorted to in the 2nd to last round. This was an incredible match played by 2 artists.

  • The reason daigo threw so much, was because dhalsim has limited options in response to it.

All dhalsim can do is either a ground teleport (which can be baited and greatly punished), or he just has to tech the trow and try to make space.

  • how does he teleport so quick right after jumping

  • He does the motion for teleport on the ground, then jumps and presses the button. The motion carries over through the jump, letting him get out an air teleport really close to the ground.

Or, he's just REALLY fast at putting in air teleport after jumping. Both are viable options.

  • Iyo has more skill imo.. the simple fact is that Alot more skill is needed to play with Dhalism than the shoto master called ryu. Ryu has a slight edge as an overall Character over dhalism..

  • Daigo had to rely on a top tier char to barely beat Iyo's dhalsim. If Iyo had that kind of skill with Ryu it would be a shut out match

  • Diago plays Ryu all the time though >_>; So your argument is void.

  • rlly now? how bout the game in which he switched to a top tier instead of ryu?

  • That's a different story. He's been playing Ryu pretty much since the game came out.

  • how is that a different story? How do you know he played Ryu the first time he landed his hands on Street fighter 4? He couldve switched characters the moment he realized Ryu had better priority than Ken.

  • Because people can MAIN someone (like Daigo mains Ryu), but also play other characters as backups. Look at Justin Wong. He had to switch from his main while fighting Daigo to a backup, which was Boxer. You see Daigo playing as Ryu most of the time. If he switches characters every once and a while to win, so be it. That's what they're there for.

  • daigo is insane but iyo plays a sik dhalsim

  • daigo timing very sharp

  • Hey guys! If you want high level matches at sf4 add me on ps3 account. NEO_ONE_ thanks

  • 7:22 - "Ohhh what?" is right! I didn't even now you could do that. Fucking Daigo.

  • Daigo owns fuck justin!!!

  • i think Iyo is a better sf4 player than Justin...thats just me tho

  • yup. agreed.

  • hahah 2:12

this match is too siick!! diago is a mind reader!

    THE BEAST is unsurpassable

  • OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • fuck u ur jelous of him, hes a living legend.

  • W T F @ 4:50. mind reading h4x0r

  • Fuckin SICK match.. they both are sf4 GODS.

  • I thought Iyo was gonna win but in the end diago got it..

Anyway man.. I think iyo is just as amazing.. and id probably rather watch him play... but thats probably just because every second person playing the game mains ryu... it gets boring...

  • how the hell does daigo do those shuryuken cancel ultra's so damn easy all the time?

  • mad skillz?

  • street fighter is not his hobby

  • Pull out all the stops!
