I used to watch this movie every weekend with my friends, then we would go out in the back and be inspired to practice our karate and muay Thai together, training for the Ultimate Fighting Championship. That was in the mid-90s, before MMA was on everyone's mind. This movie and Bloodsport were inspirations to us, and the music was a big element to that. We probably won't be UFC champs, but I could still listen to this as I train in my current MMA gym.
