If he was 40 and just found fame after working hard for 25 years at becoming a famous singer, THEN those quotations would be justified. But as it stands he is a young teenager who was fairly "luckily" brought into fame. I am not saying this fame isn't justified, I just know there are many other singers and performers who are undiscovered or less famous and have been working at this for a LOT longer than he has. He is VERY lucky to be in the position he is, and those quotes are unjustified.

But you're right in a sense because you need to travel to pursue the people that can help you get a record label. That's not the only way to get famous though. You can do it from the comfort of your own home with a laptop & video camera. Get a plan and post some ads. There's a cost to it, as there is to everything, but it's that easy.

If he was 40 and just found fame after working hard for 25 years at becoming a famous singer, THEN those quotations would be justified. But as it stands he is a young teenager who was fairly "luckily" brought into fame. I am not saying this fame isn't justified, I just know there are many other singers and performers who are undiscovered or less famous and have been working at this for a LOT longer than he has. He is VERY lucky to be in the position he is, and those quotes are unjustified.

Those top 2 quotes are especially stupid and I hope even the biggest JB fans can understand this. He found fame as a young teenager. He might have worked hard for his goals and he might have skills as a vocalist but, this has all been a very quick journey into fame.

(13 years old, but even 13 year olds aren't mature enough to handle or use these these services properly.) And you may think that two years is long, but it's taken some people a decade to get to that point.

He's making himself and these companies big money. Justin Bieber is a marketing tool, the same as a lot of auto-tuned musicians. An inspiration is different to everyone. Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, and Christina Aguilera were on the Mickey Mouse Club when they were little kids. That's just one example. Child stars are nothing new. They've been around a long time. Where he comes from has nothing to do with how "huge" he's got it.

First, he started out on YouTube where everyday millions of users search for videos to watch and then someone found him, liked his video, and shared it with friends. Then he had more and more people subscribing and viewing. Then Scooter Braun found him and got him to join the industry, than he went on popular TV shows and got fifty times more fans than he did before. Bieber isn't amazing. Where he comes from or amount of time isn't important

It's 100 times more easy to become famous because of the internet. Justin Bieber got famous through the internet. He could get famous without it, too. @mayorama97 I'm no city folk. I was a farmboy. I used to live in a small town, but I now live in London. Both of which I payed for housing. In the small town, I had to drive somewhere else to get to work, and the businesses were fine because it balanced out with their housing & food costs and businesses in bigger cities and other places bought their crops/products. It's more expensive to live in London and major cities. Please grow up and start making money before you argue with me.

You can achieve fame no matter where you live, whether it's a small town or major city. Especially with the internet, it's 1,000 times more easier to achieve.

@mayorama97 And what you're saying is that it's hard to get famous in a small town because there are no studios or record companies around. You're still wrong. But you're right in a sense because you need to travel to pursue the people that can help you get a record label. That's not the only way to get famous though. You can do it from the comfort of your own home with a laptop & video camera. Get a plan and post some ads. There's a cost to it, as there is to everything, but it's that easy.

@dragonarian1 ummm they DID say it would never happen, and they DID say he'd never make it. almost every record label he went to said he'd never do anything because he didn't have a tv show. all the kids in his class made fun of him because he didn't get a snap record deal. it took 2 YEARS of posting videos on youtube for someone to notice him. it took 2 YEARS after someone noticed him for a record label to sign him. it took 2 YEARS after that label signed him for him to get where he is now.
