CRT rules. They are faster, have more contrast, better resolution, more acurate color. The indrustry went the LCD way because they are cheaper to manufacture and to transport... New technology not always means better quality.

thanks alot for info, yes softTH is great for custom resolutions but its slower than TH2G and doesnt work with a lot of games, FSX and IL2 for instance, so its unusable for me.

it's the camera angle...if the monitors are set up properly, you don't really notice the space.

I love the idea, I currently have a 7900GS OC (voltmod 650mhz core 1.58Ghz ram, flashed to the bios, $120 on eBay) and an integrated 6150 video card, if all the rendering happens on the monster 7900GS, maybe I can play 3 monitor with the on-board video. It functions even with the 7900 installed because it is a PCI-E technology integrated video.

I am assuming that you do not know of the difference in technology between CRT and LCD? CRT is of higher quality and has a native resolution that changes with the input, meaning you only need to render as many pixels as you want and it doesn't look really bad. LCD technology only has one native resolution, so it will look bad, or cause slow-down in gaming performance. CRT technology can also be used with 3D stereo shutter-glasses, and is better at it then LCD.
