Very informative and great public action by these nurses. The clinic should absolutely stay open. I haven't heard of any sites like this opening in Winnipeg, hopefully they can make it happen. Keep up the great work

Whenyou just walk inthe dt east side and see the never ending sadsack sadness ofpeople walkin inthe middle ofthe street in adaze it's obvious they aredown troddenandsmooth roads to drive onare just as important as insite. I've seenpeople at partiesdodrugs and think nothing ofthe consequences. Theyre ultimately destroying their ownhealth. Good onthe peoplewho didn'tget addicted. Those who did need the help.

Kewlgamer - what the f... are you talking about? This has to do with people that hardly keep strengths for petty crime in a sq mile area if as much. Big criminals are much farther, in much better condition, would never come close to an injection room... and majoritarily oppose to it. See, you do not align with the right people, and you do not realize one of those crackheads could be your neighbour, a relative of yours -or even yourself, in a horrible phase of your life! Please open your eyes.

Kewlgamer... walk a mile in an addicts shoes before you ever make a comment like that.  and by the way, there are doctors, police officers, fire fighters etc etc who are addicts, addicts are not criminals, they are PEOPLE!!... think before you write. Insite is a safe and effective treatment site, and should be supported across the country.

Non-addicts and addicts can NOT peacefully co-exist when the addicts are free to skytrain anywhere in the city, commit more crimes to feed their habits, then go back to insite for safe haven.
