He looks younger now than he did when he was younger, is because he has bleached the dark area of skin around his eyes/eyebags (1 or more times) and wears a hairpiece that makes him look moreyouthful too. (I know most fans will deny this...but yeah, it is what it is...and it works)

The bleached is pretty obvious. I have a friend from asia and it's a very common precedure there. Just look up all pictures from enrique before around 2001 or 2002 and the ones behind it (so with make up, really any picture or video). You will notice that he looks much more mature there and if you take a look at his eyes (take 2 pics from the same angle) you may see what I mean if you look at the eye area

hair transplants are very limited. Hair transplants do not 'give'you extra hair. You are just relocating hair. If you are baldin young and rapily, like enrique, it means that you have to use the sidehair to cover up large locations (especialyl when he gets older and balder), so it becomes impossible to do this with a hair transplant. The results then can only be a limitited density, something enrique problably does not want to settle for

Well..the old hair transplants are limiting, but there is a new procedure that has been out for a few years, which he can afford, that transplants body hair to the head area and provides great density. I used to work for a plastic surgeon that performed that procedure. I wont' advertise his name, but if you google it you'll get some hits. But perhaps he isn't aware of this innovation. He does have enough body hair for this procedure and get awesome results-even if he's young

yeah ive seen about it on youtube, some doctor with some classical theme music (lol) showed alot of examples. I think it did not really look bad, but not too great either. I commented it looked pretty well, but also asked how it would look with longer hair (longer than a few CM). ..and guess what? He blocked me from the youtube channel....I'm not sure what that really says..

Do you have the link?...I doubt it's the doctor I know...he does great work...the young guys with ample body hair that I saw got really good results and looked like they never had any hair issues... and these guys weren't really hairy either..guys with normal body hair get great results....

but quality varies by doctor and this procedure has only been available for a few years...On another note, upon looking at Enrique, it does look like you may be right.
