@joe5178 It depends on the scene. If the character is pretty much locked down I like pose to pose. But for action heavy shots I use straight ahead. I used straight ahead on the lightsaber shot because I found it difficult to keep my inbetweens clean with pose to pose. Straight ahead requires a little more planning in the beginning stages but that's a good thing. I know some people though who work the opposite way. It really comes down to personal preference.
