  • Možná hloupej dotaz : považujete klasické doplňky stravy (protein,gainer,BCAA,amino) za stereoidy? Podle mě jsou to jen látky, které cíleně zvyšují hladinu testosteronu, rozšiřují cévy ( NO-X), urychlující trávící proces.

    Pokud Pepa nevyužívá ani základu (prot.) tak to potom hluboce smekám před jeho pílí a odhodláním.

  • There are some basics - training, nutrition ... these two U need all the time ... but everybody who is interested in bodybuilding knows what has to be done (of course that U have to think with your brain not to think with your muscles)
