what the fuck are pirates gonna do with an oil tanker or a ship of that size, first you have to navagate it then to navagate it you need the be able to work the sonar and radio frequence, which will make a stolen ship easy to detect by the coast gard, and where do they plan on docking a ship and off loading the cargo without some suspecting something suspesious.
