The only good cover of this song I've ever heard was by Fightstar. Every other one I find has someone screeching like they're gargling glass. Why does EVERYBODY do that when they cover this song? One does not do justice to the great Bruce Dickinson's voice by shrieking Iron Maiden's lyrics like this.

Graveworm's version is much better. Even the beginning of this version gave me cold chills (in a good way), but the playing isn't that good.. More practise is needed (in my mind) before doing something like this. Here's nice solos and so on, but it's missing something. Girl that sings, should sing a whole song... And the drummer... should choose he's tone better...

if u prefer graveworms version thats up to you, and i can kind of see where youre coming from. for example bob dylan wrote awesome songs, but i can only enjoy covers of them because i dont like the way he performs. although i wouldnt ever say that he was overrated because he wrote those songs. i dunno i think it was just cause you used the words 'overrated' and 'iron maiden' in the same sentence that i had an issue with lol. its all up to taste, but full credit should be given to the writers imo
