He was wearing the typical Pinocchio costume (I guess) -- shorts, suspenders, the hat, etc. But he appeared to be wearing a bodysuit underneath all that to make it look like he was made of wood, as well as "joints" on his elbows and legs. It was pretty great. And he did have a growing nose.

I saw the show tonight and I waited after just to get his autograph. He was such a sweetheart and I love that he personalized his autograph for me by including my name. The other cast members didn't. I also took a photo with him :) He is soooo nice.
