There is a reason why selfclimbing stands seem to be a more obvious choice. U have a 15 foot scent wick attatched to your stand. And I wouldnt climb up without a spotter!! Also I wouldn't leave it in the bush for all those "honest" hunters.

I know this company is working on a 15'5 foot ladder and an 18'5 ladder. I spoke with the owner and trust me this guy is at the top of his game. He told me that they will be ready for the 2012 hunting season. Awesome product!! They will sell the hell out of this especially with the 15'5 foot ladder.

niteowl 22 is right, the ladder idea is someone else's and for as low as $125, the mount a bracket to one of your fixed stands and wella, you have the same stand for less than $200

As far as having the security of your stand not being stolen you would have to convince us that no one else will have the same ladder, or screw in steps to climb and steal the stand. In addtion, tell us how tannins, sap, and "other" outdoor spooge wont cling to the ladder and inhibit its telescopic movement..

Finally, a ladder stand should never be put up by one person. If the ladder stand rolls or twists before the person climbing can secure the top portion, things could get ugly fast.

Almost a grand for a stand? Blah ha ha ha! I bet they sell 3 a year. Cool idea, neat design, but its not priced for 99% of hunters. Good luck.

I could just use a set of sticks to reach the stand and take it out. It can be stollen. Lock it to the tree with a chain and padlock! Then you will have more deterrent against theft.

@17hmr243 If the price posted why go to the web page. If you don't go to the web page you might miss out on other goodies. personally I use climbing treestands, but I'm not oppose to a useful ladder stand where three people are needed to put it together or transport it.

Can you attach wheels to it?

@17hmr243 Gotcha comment....Here's one thought. I went to a website duet to their youtube video of scentless lotion.....I'm still waiting on that lotion. They removed money from my account but was able to get it back....Some of the people do a good job on the videos, but buyer beware.  they use other company names without authorization. Not saying this is the case here. Because that ladder stand looks awesome.
