Out of every human tragedy lies the spirit that operates within the soul. People tend to draw conclusion based on the physical aspect. What is unseen is the real issue. The life of JESUS on earth always shows His confontation with the issues of peoples heart. The accused has no power whatsoever to change the intention of his inner men because of the evil spirit that controls him. The spur of the moment thing is the language of this evil spirit.

The issue here is the devil and how he came to steal, kill and destroy human life. Living in sin is dangerous because the devil owns you and he has the right to destroy souls. Both the victim and the accused are victims of the evil spirit of destruction. The only way to be saved is through a relationship with the Risen Lord JESUS CHRIST. Mankind should REPENT and turn to GOD. It is not religion but a covenant relationship with the WAY,TRUTH and LIFE.

fiji is an island that has strong cultural values. those of you commenting on this documentary without knowing the truth of the case as issued during the actual time and the reason behind the killing would never understand.

first it is wrong to practice to homosexuality in fiji. second it is wrong to take anothers life. so where really can we come in with proper evaluations of such a havoc situation as this. and for the record, a deed of a single man cannot put a tag on an entire nation.

Look as a Fijian - Australian I find it hard to swallow the hurt in my heart that a Fijian took da life of a man. B he Gay, Straight, Bi, Cannibal, J.W or anything. But you also cannot judge a nation on the actions of 1 man. But Fijian population is 50% Indian and 50% Fijian n in the past a 15% of the "whites" ran it all. Now thats got to be the statement of the century, what kind of dumb-ass world do you live in? It don't matter if you're Fijian, Indian, White, Islander or westerner or from the planet pluto for all I care, you don't need to be a genious to figure out that when you cross certain lines, especially in a society that has strong cultural traditions and customs you better expect trouble, but i don't expect you to understand anyway because it sounds like to me that you don't even have a culture.

Saw the documentary yesterday good cinematography. not so sure about a few comments though especially from the 'educated' Indian 'lady' implying that sodomy is part of Fijian society. Shame on her!!
