  • If I just drink protein and do workout will this make my muscle grow? Cause I'm very skinny and I was doing workouts without drinking protein and I got only a lit of muscle and now I want start drinking protein and do workouts.

Weed release three times more tar in your lungs than a cig and fills up alot of carbon monoxide in your lungs instead of oxygen. Also it relaxes your muscles it doesnt tighten them up. Plus protein isnt just gonna get u fit you need to actually work out

  • Btw you were wrong with the protein aswell. If you wanna gain muscle you need at least 1g pr. pound of body weight. If youre a hardgainer (ecknomorph) you can kick it up further. If you get too much protein it will store as fat which isn't a bad thing for hardgainers who wanna bulk a bit

  • The body doesn't burn protein first, it burns Carbs/sugars first, then Fats, then protein. That is why if you stop eating Carbs, and good a lot of good fats, your body becomes a fat burning machine.

  • @runescapeglicthes you should eat a lot if you want to get big, and of course work out a lot, I would recommend doing not too much cardio, since it burns so much calories you need to gain some weight. Stay on this for 3 months or so, and then cut the fat that you might have gained, if you don't eat too much, you will be at around 8-10% by then

  • @runescapeglicthes To add onto this, you need to eat the RIGHT foods. You don't want to just eat steak, red meats or anything like that in bulk. You'll be consuming more bad cholesterol. Intensity is more importance than frequency too. I can work out for two hours at a steady pace, or push hard and work out for forty-five minutes. Also you can get protein from healthier sources like soy beans too. I consume little fat, high whey and soy protein in my diet, with vegetables. I bulk up fast.

Cardio puts you in a calorie defecit. and too add muscle you have to be in a calorie surplus, type in Flexforall on youtube and start watching that guys vids. most legit on youtube hes a pro natural bodybuilder.   • @15ayebaybay get about 134 g of protein a day. not all from powders though. chicken, egg whites, milk. any animal products have complete protein. Get 1 srv of fruit and veggies a day and anywhere from 300 to 400 grams of carbs a day. speghetti. rice. cereal poptarts. if your weight doesnt go up add more carbs and fat. protein is only a peice of the puzzle. Google 5/3/1 by jim wendler. get on that program its basic barbell training. Get big and strong good luck.
