setup for talents is as follows:

Blood - Melee dps, like a fury warrior

Frost - Tanking spec, no shields so dodge/parry tank

Unholy - Casting dps, like a warlock or shadowpriest, mainly dots

u can only make 1 DK per account

on the community site it says that once you hit level 55 with a character it is unlocked, so i have a feeling it means that after you hit 55 with one toon you can make then, but only one per realm, you can have multiple per account

well, recently there has been a note, you are right that the class of the deathknight is unlocked at level 55 once you do a quest, but blizzard did announce you can only make one deathknight per realm per account

Idiots....EVERY SPEC CAN TANK AND DPS AS GOOD AS THE OTHERS. IT'S JUST A MATTER OF PLAY STYLE.

Blood - Threat

Frost- Survival

Unholy- Magic

then why does frost give abilities that have more cc and stuff like toughness? while blood and unholy heal you, blood gives alot of stuff for better dps and unholy is status inflictions, just because i warrior CAN go defence and try to tank doesnt mean hes better than a prot warrior, dont get me wrong, he can tank, just probabaly not as good (givin the skill is the same, but alot of times skill cant make much of a difference)

Blood - Survival (why?) for the fact they're centered around health and staying alive.

Frost - Burst Dmg (why?) look at the frost talents and ask yourself.

Unholy - Tank (why?) simple, bone shield, summon undead(free OT) and increased armor.

@sic742617OOOO27sic Honestly, 1 year ago I would look at the frost talents and say OH look a tank spec because like imalazyspartan said... Toughness, CC, and threat enhancing presence... blizzard intended frost to be a tank spec. Blood ... yes what you said was correct, but unholy was intended to be a PvP spec because of snare,root,stun, and immobilization times reduced and gave you more blizzard did not say much about unholy so that was a player observation. Just sayin`...no offense or anything

Hi u no if u have made a WoW account and uve got it to 55 and u start a new death knight character do u get the epic mount straight away when u do the quest or do u have to get ur other acc to 60 to get 1? also is it the stallion u have to get to get the epic mount? cheers

You cant twink them. Its not lvl 1 you start at its lvl 55.

Actually if you look at the talent tree you can obviously see, Frost will be hence the fact Toughness is in the frost tree.
