Sasuke ain't bad ass. Sasuke's only as strong as he is because Kishimoto likes to shove his dick up the Uchiha's ass... I mean seriously, those eyes are way too fucken overpowered. @Albo2151997 Without Kurama (The nine tails ) Naruto wouldn't be able to do half of the things he was able to achieve ,unlike sasuke who mastered chidori just by learning it from kakashi , While Without Kurama Naruto couldnt of achieved rasengan like his father did being that Naruto isn't as great as his father without Kurama until he was able much much later to do so . Sasuke still is smarter , stronger (chakra and skill wise) So sharingan isnt the only thing that Sasuke has .

EVERYTHING else was given to him. naruto worked his ass off for everything he did, sage mode, kyuubi mode, shadow clones, rasengan, summoning jutsu. he didnt earn the mangekyo fairly he was just given it by itachi and same with the eternal mangekyo sharingan. without itachi and orochimaru, sasuke is nothing.
