its just the lights reflecting onto the lens of the webcam or the glass in front of the webcam... pause it at 3:02 and in the top right you will discover a blue and white light with a small light off to the right.. if you go south to the top of 1 of the buildings you will discover the exact same pattern of lights.. not even close to a ufo sighting! some will be planes... the rest just reflections
At first view of your video I thought I could be planes but having seen so many planes in this area since I was a kid, I dont think those lights are following any FAA approved flight pattern on the approach for landing...... it's obvious that they are NOT ALL planes... so what are they????
