While Whitney's voice TIMBRE is HIGH and STRONG. Thus it's so soulful and very emotional. Its tone is solid, strong and soft. When she belts it touches evry listners heart n emotion- it's a gift

I wouldn't go that far. Regine's technical ability is just as good, if not better then Whitney's. Whitney happens to have possessed one of the most beguiling tones to her voice, which is why people say its the 8th wonder of the world. Its unique, magical almost in its texture, but as a singer technically Regine IS superior, its just Whitney has a superior tone, no one will match that.
