Found out that synth is a Roland Juno (something). Found a free VST for it and can get it to sound THISCLOSE to this but it still wont behave like this. Something about not being able to emulate analog drift or some crap. eBay? Junos AIN'T CHEAP!!

juno alpha 2 on this track, as well as 'can you feel it'. some others use juno 6. and a jupiter 6 on another/others. 'waterfall' & 'slam dance' are def jupiter6 by my ears. not sure about 'for so long'

He always used the square wave on the oscillator...that's the main thing about the sound.

@deejaytai1 Sounds like a Juno 60 (which Mr. F said he used) with the sub osc only active using the great built in Roland chorus on top. You can get super close using the VST U-NO-60...

@deejaytai1 I have this type of patch programmed into my JX-3P, a simple square wave, Roland chorus, and some filter action, and I got the exact sound. I should post up the track I made with it. You can get this type of sound with ANY Roland Juno, or a JX-3P, JX-8P, etc. It's GOTTA be those, though. NO other synth I have can reproduce this sound. NOT EVEN A KORG RADIAS.
