@matt0044 I can't take Kai's dialouge due to many script changes and one that ticked me off. Spirit BLAST Galic BLAST... really and I would rather hear funimation or ocean dub due to that holding nostalgia value for me since I grew up listening to both of them.

@supershadow125 First of all, the Spirit Bomb and Galic Gun were renamed for the 4kids Toonzai version. The Uncut version of Kai uses the proper English terms for those attacks.

Second of all, these so-called "script changes" are actually FUNimation translating and sticking to the Japanese dialogue unlike what they did with Z. That's also why I hate the Z dub: It deviated heavily from the Japanese version A LOT. Kai's dub isn't (well, barely) changing anything but Z's dubs did.

Third of all, I can enjoy something out of nostalgia but I don't let it cloud my judgment or prevent me from seeing the show I liked as a kid with a critical view and my current mindset. If you asked me, the DBZ dubs haven't aged well even in the slightest. Mostly because I got into Dragon Ball (Z) via the Manga.

I hate how a lot of Kai haters are ignorant that Dragon Ball (Z) had a inaccurate translated dub which should be a no-no for any Anime fan.
