@TheDano1947 it's a practise stance only. chi sao is not fighting, but a practise method only. therefore one could even stand on one leg just for personal challenge. kim yin ma is also the foundation of the other stances. it's also little easier to learn the other stances by applying the same principles learnt from it. it's also quite challenging to learn to balance or use power from. constant challenge leads to development. before one learns to walk correctly he has to learn to stand correctly

@DonMega187 May be but I always believed in practicing what I would apply in combat. Took too many shots to the jewels to do my Chun any other way.
