Hey I play football for a team called the mustangs and we lost our champion chip game becuase I threw a pick in the 4th quater. so I'm trying to get better but I don't know any drills I can do at home becuase it's the off season so it would be helpful if anybody knows any.

any 1 have any tips on how to throw farther I have the accuracy and the release bit i need to learn how to throw farther i can only throw around 40-50 yards max but i want to get my distance up tp 80-100 range any tips or suggestions would be great

if you can throw 50-60 yardds that should be enough there is no need to throw farther. you should practice with a college ball and if you reach 50-60 yards keep on till your ghood at it then practice with the nfl size ball.
