@greatarian85 I think one needs to read the true facts before relying on non authentic sources. During early Islam girls were buried alive (not by the muslims). The verse was revealed by God to Prophet Muhammed (saw) to tell people not to do these things. When ever there was a war the people were told by the prophet not to harm the women children and trees etc. I think you need to look at the translation of the Quran as that is a book that has not changed. The verse was revealed by God to Prophet Muhammed (saw) to tell people not to do these things. When ever there was a war the people were told by the prophet not to harm the women children and trees etc. I think you need to look at the translation of the Quran as that is a book that has not changed. Capital punishment is just another part of the dark side of humanity. I am not religious but I firmly believe that religion were brought to us as a way of life, not a way of death and punishment.
