i understand that your a major fan too, but then why rip them off? Their cd isnt even ten bucks. They work hard to please us. not for us to steal from them.
The reason i'm doing this is for the people who can't afford the $10 cd who still love the music. I understand where you are coming from and all, but don't you think as a band, they earn enough money as it is. I mean if everyone stopped buying the cd and started downloading this, then their would definetely be a problem. But you know, some poeple just can't always afford it.
If they were bigger like fall outboy or something, it'd hardly affect their sales.
alotta people are relying on limewire now, i guess its understandable, but it still takes away from the artist.
theres alot of ways they can come up with the money. borrowing, presents, saving up. or they could borrow the cd. money doesn't come fast or easy, but if they really love the song than isnt it worth it? In the mean time, people could rely on youtube.
