@sosaj64 test boosters are very mild but still somewhat effective and mainly very safe..steroids work great in the short term but long term have to many negative effects. they are much more powerful and not recomended . stick with the natural safe options, when you get older you will be glad you did..Eat good and exericse and consume good quality proteins all day is much healthier and safer

if you take a NO product with caffiene of course it can effect sleep but just arginine by itself shouldnt, as far as constipation from Glutamine i have not heard that but if you do take alot of protein you need to be on a high fiber diet, this will help...

empty stomach means you would take it about 30 to 45mins before you eat or 2 hours or more after you eat but only 30 to 45 mins if its a protien shake

Powders are usually in general better. Powders absorb quicker cause you dont have to disolve the pill. there are binders and fillers used in pill to keep them together, so it slows absorbtion

@TheFassold nitrix is not really for fat loss it will more give u a pump and help with vascularity, it is an amino acid compiund so it will help with building muscle to a minor degree, do a high protein diet 6 meals a day counting shakes as meals . 40 grams protein each meal is 240 grams so you keep your muscle mass as you diet down . eat low carbs also calll us with any questions ok thanks

@TheFassold Just eat meat and veggies for your meals with very low fat. Buy a simple whey isolate, met-rx is good enough defintely! And for the rest you need to keep your carbs low (calories in general for maximum loss) and just make sure you do more resistance training than running, run intense 3 times a week, its a must to loose fat. Dont forget to work your core, its a proven that it reduces fat around the waist. Get buff brotha

if you take a NO product with caffiene of course it can effect sleep but just arginine by itself shouldnt, as far as constipation from Glutamine i have not heard that but if you do take alot of protein you need to be on a high fiber diet, this will help...
chances are constipation if from a low fiber diet and not Glutamine

no good for preworkout, instead go with n.o. explode, jack3d, nanovapor, etc. good for vascularity and increasing blood flow to muscles for that pump all day, muscles stay hard all day not like preworkouts supps that only give u the pump for the most 45 min after workout. come on 9 pills a day is not that hard BRUGH, the hardest part is drinking all the fucking water, training hard 4 or more days a week, and eating 6-7 meals a day to get ur required proteink,carbs, and good fats

empty stomach means you would take it about 30 to 45mins before you eat or 2 hours or more after you eat but only 30 to 45 mins if its a protien shake

i never heard this,,,if anything Arginine is a vasodilator and increases blood flow and the muscle "pump" so it is one supplement that is actually very healthy for your heart. when you go to the hospital for chest pains they sometimes give you Nitro Glicerine, i asked the Dr who prscribs Nitro for chest pains if AKG (arginine like in Nitrix) is good for your heart (like Nitro Glycerine)also and he said yes, so i would like to see where you heard it caused chest pains,,,thank you

Of course you do. 3 times a day(30min before meals, or 2hrs after a meal). Depending on your weight you should take 3 tabs or 4 tabs 3x daily. Just a little more advice, you should read up on every supplement your taking BEFORE you start.

Powders are usually in general better. Powders absorb quicker cause you dont have to disolve the pill. there are binders and fillers used in pill to keep them together, so it slows absorbtion
. but i am not sure exactly what product you are referring to here so i am just making a general comment
