I think that "Mary" is a metaphor for Christianity and the bastardizing of the religion. It seems like the song portrays "Mary" as being a naive, innocent, and curious girl that's treated like she's crazy and clueless and is taken advantage of by Father (which seems like the political side of the Church) to the point that "Mary" doesn't care about a God or Jesus anymore...just getting to heaven. "Buddha for Mary, here it comes" sounds like a purge of doctrine and theism to me.

This song is addictive but scary as hell. To me, it sounds like this Mary is in some kind of institution (cause she's either crazy or has addiction problems) where she's being abused by a priest. I know it sounds horrible, but that shit sadly happens. It would make sense, since that experience would drag her away from anything that had to do with God ("Buddha for Mary, here it comes" as one religion replacing the other one that brought her such pain). I may be wrong though.
