Very nice, you're very consistent and you appear to have very nice form.

The only thing I'd say is try not to fall back on your takeoffs when you're doing your 203's, take them more straight up before the summersault. That, and, maybe try to go a little higher!

I'm a 1m diver, and I need some advice. How do you get over mind blocks? All also keep your core so strong that on your back pike dives your legs don't over rotate?

inwards are the easiest for me but i totally understand where your coming from. dont worry i think your really safe on them and if you hit the board you dont even know it til someone tells you, it's really painless until chlorine gets into cuts. lol

on back pike dives you really have to open your eyes and know where you are practice hand stands against walls. and just tell yourself my coach wouldnt make me do a dive if she thought i was really going to hurt myself on it. i hope it helps

oh my gosh! In practice this morning i visualized this movie before i went off the board, and ended up doing a front double (tuck) really well, whereas yesterday i was still working on 1 1/2s! This movie makes me want to get more serious about the sport. Please tell Michela thank you for me!!
