@Koogea is not about the body or how skinny you are...zumba makes you have a better self-esteem..trust me, i know from experience...and yes zumba does make you lose weight...but it takes time and dedication...so girl dont be hating cause at least she knows how to move!!! so you go girl :D

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! That is a heck of a lot of rhythm and flavor and I enjoyed every minute of this choreography - especially the live drumming! It goes to show any shape, size and age can Zumba!
