you said that ulcers can cause internal bleeding cant people die from that?

and if they dont have the ulcer checked or cured how long will they go before the internal bleeding happens?

@Monilicious123 Yes they can die from that, and the length of time it takes depends on several factors, the cause of the ulcer 90% are caused by h.pylori bacteria, NSAID drugs, other drugs that cause neurochemical changes in the brain which control mucousal layer function and acid volume and concentration. It also depends how long you medicate it for and what with.
