Though I'll agree that pokemon has always had better (or at least more accessible) games, the digimon anime was always much better as it actually had a story and each episode was different and the enemies in it actually changed as well. Their mouths are fucked up in the intro (Part 1) but other than that, the game was pretty sweet. Controls even I as a small child could understand, a digital pet which I could not fathom at my age, and they fucking did EVERYTHING a pet would do. Well, I don't remember if they pee'd... but they did crap a lot. Now all I want is to have a real Digimon! ,,, Meh, could happen with science nowadays.

I played this game sooooo damn much,, when i was just 12 years old i played it on my PS. Than the PS 2 came out and i still played the game sometimes. Even on the PS3 i played serveral days, finishd the game more than 6x and now im freaking 19 years old, altough i didnt played it for more than 2 years now, i still believe this is 1 of the best games ever made =)

@GunsolKyle I extra agree...not only do I love the older Digimon games, I also had a major difficulty with this one because the digivolution system was difficult to understand when I was young...now I realize that there are specific stats that you must train you digimon in to get desired results, and number of victories and defeats is a factor as well...but how could I grasp that at 6?

At first I was so bad and clueless I kept getting numalmon and stuff. XD By the time I finally relized what to do... I kept dieing because no mater how hard I trained my champ was never strong enough, even when I used the teddy bear suit with numalmom I couldn't do much. XD
