This song is not about him talking to a lil girl, its about him being a mechanic and this woman has been in and out the shop while he fixes her car. He offers to drop it off at her house, as he is clearly into her and wants to see her out the shop. She says it is too far away and she should just come get the car. After seeing her wedding ring he agrees. Later that night he decides he is going to bring it to her anyway. He drops it off that night and then goes back off with out her knowing.
