  • Tension. They are all like:"damn is this dude tryin to get us killed?!"

  • THE JUSTICES ARE GOING TO STIFF OBAMA---- PERFECT.

  • The Justices look far more calm and dignified than the petulant Obama whining yet again. Alito is a patriot, and a true defender of free speech.

  • It looks like his complete statement was "That's not true".

  • In other countires, attacking the supreme court would get you impeaced or even arrested. In Israel, a parlimentary democracy, I think a prime minister, or any politician, can be arrested for doing such a thing because it totally insults the court and it's credibility, undermines the rule of law for partisan political purposes, and is a example of a corrupt and out of control government.

  • Impeach Obama! Alito speaks the truth unlike Barry and the other members of his thugocracy. HA HA. I said member.

  • i wish i was cool enough to debate on such a politically respected forum as youtube about my emotionally charged political ideas

  • Like it or not, Youtube is THE expose of mainstream opinion.

Given the level of intellectual depravity, it doesn't bode well.

What would you care? Because these people shape your society. They are the majority.

  • @lcortereal4290

Practice makes perfect, just do it man! ;-P

  • An admission of guilt you say? Wow, that's pretty strong language with such little information. Wild ascertions are unbecoming of dialogue, my friend.

You bring up a good point about corporations with foreign interests, but all in all I doubt this will little effect (although some) in American politics. Just think that Obama raised more money that both Bush and Kerry combined, and a good chunk of that money came from small untracable sources.

  • Hey oneirishpoet,

You said..."Obama should bitch slap the cowardly white pussy!" ...he does - just go ask you Momma.

  • Obama - YOU LIE!...I am a legal counsel and the recent court decision said NOTHING about giving corporations unlimited direct contributions.

More importantly, Obama was disgraceful - ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL to choose a State of the Union Address to criticize the Supreme Court with his "personal" disagreement.

Clearly, Mr. Obama failed to use his law school education in properly reading the high court's recent decision.

  • "I am a legal counsel"

This means something and I care.

" and the recent court decision said NOTHING about giving corporations unlimited direct contributions."

I smell more word games. What do you think will be the result is going to be?

  • "What do you think will be the result is going to be? "

Whoops, I meant to ask what do you think the result will be from this. It does not have to be explicitly written. Things are only explicitly written to STOP a certain action.

  • @guyfroml

RIGHT on. Here's what I read the ACTUAL ruling to be: "In a landmark case known as Citizens United, the Court had the previous week reversed a 1990 ban against political advertising by domestic corporations and labor unions. But it left standing a 100-year-old ban on foreign entities doing so."

And Barry has no couth or decorum in addition to his twisted facts.

  • scalito, biggest douchebag and corporate whore asshole since Clarence 'Uncle 'Thomas...fuck these Repiglickin scum...Obama should bitch slap the cowardly white pussy!

  • @oneirishpoet Wow! What an incredibly stupid jackass you are. When did you first find out what a piece of shit you are?

  • wow yousuck...thanks for demonstrating how ignorant/ racist/ retarded fucking Repiglickers like you really are...I never met a single 'conservatard' with an IQ over 50 and you're a fine example of the incredible stupidity of the angry white male/ mental midget wingnuts! BTW have you been teabagged today? I'm sure you luvs the teabaggin'! :) sweet jeebus you Repigs would be funny if you weren't such fuckin' genetically deficient morons!

  • @oneirishpoet wow you sound really intelligent

  • Ummm... the Supreme Court decision does not affect the law regarding foriegn corporations and their contributions to our elections. That statement, as made by the President, is NOT TRUE. Alito is right on this issue. I really don't get why this is controversial.

  • "he Supreme Court decision does not affect the law regarding foriegn corporations and their contributions to our elections"

Corps. based in America can be wholly or partially owned, and usually are, by foreign interests. Be it by leadership, bonds, stockholders, etc.

Your word games will not work here. That you would seriously try to word-game your way out of this is an ADMISSION OF GUILT.

  • The supreme court should be tarred, feathered, and hanged!!!

They are nothing but a bunch of dead pigs!!! Obama should be commended for fighting against these fascist faggots!!! Where is the goddamn army when you need it? Let's destroy these mother-fuckers, or else wait for bin Laden to do it!!!

  • barry was completely out of line. he is trying to bully from his pulpit. good for judge alito, calling obama a liar and standing up to him without interupting. your president is a scumbag.

  • Trying to understand the controversey here... he didn't interrupt Obama or his speech, so he's being lambasted on the grounds that he thinks the President is wrong... that's it, right?

My fucking God the liberal media is desperate.

  • @Splitter yeah its kinda bullshit. apparantly its tradition for the joint chiefs and the supreme court to not react AT ALL to what the president is saying. i dont know what the big deal is...

  • i feel bad for black folks..their long and awaited messiah has let them down and is coming off to be worse than jimmy carter..

  • It was Obama who committed an offense, not Alito. Obama, not content with large majorities in the Senate and Congress, and liberal media (including Media Matters) that acts as his Ministry of Truth giving his administration a free pass, shutting out Republicans (literally locking the Republicans out of closed-door Congress hearings, writing Obamacare legislation) now challenges independent thought of the U.S. Supreme Court on national TV.

What arrogance, Obama's and yours, MediaMatters.

  • @DaveRyanFL Hey dumbass, Republicans were just as involved with healthcare and put their admendments to it as the Democrats did. The whole behind closed doors thing is bs and not true, serving to further misinformation on US politics as well as further advance/prop up the Republican message of Obama. I dont care if anyone here is Republican or Democrat, at least be correctly informed.

  • @cockyguitarist Read the well-researched OBAMANOMICS by Timothy Carney, to see how dead wrong you are.

Against propaganda otherwise, Obama is the best friend corporate America ever had. The largest contributers to Obama were Wall Street. I watched news footage where the Republicans were outside, knocking, doors were locked with the Democrats inside, not unlocked till the meeting was over.

Republican proposals were made, majority- Democrats partisanly excluded them.

  • Alito did nothing wrong. Liberal thought police just want to take away his right to think for himself. He in no way heckled or disrupted Obama's speech.

Alito just quietly mouthed the words to himself, unaware cameras were even focused on him.

  • Media Matters = partisan liberal attack machine, that deliberately misrepresents the facts as a matter oc course.

As even liberal Juan Williams pointed out, it was highly unethical of Obama to chastise the Supreme Court from just a few feet away, with hundreds of Democrats right next to them standing and applauding the taunt in the Court's faces. Deliberate intimidation of the Court's ability to judge independently. A clear contempt of Obama for the Constitutional separation of powers.

  • You go Mr. President!!!

  • Oh, so Alito should resign? No, Obama should resign for inviting the Supreme court as his guest at the State of the Union and then insulting them when they can't even respond. Besides everything Obama said about Citizens United was factually wrong. It was a cheap political ploy. I don't know, but I'm pretty sure the president should be above that.

  • please see pastor manning at atlah ministries for the truth on obama...

  • @taxmino

    speaks the truth

  • OMG....Oh no he didn't just mouth off to our President! That's just soooooo disrespectful and unpatriotic to sit in front of the leader of the free world and call him a liar! I think Alito should resign immediately.

  • dangzh24, i think you should resign yourself from this country immediately! How dare you sit here and listen to Obama's sh!t and think its true, thats just soooo stupid and arrogant of you!

We're with you Alito way to stand up for the truth ... no matter how discrete and fairly decent it was =)

  • You should stop watching Fox News and listening to Rush and get your facts right. To give corporations "free speech" will drown your sorry ass out along with all of your KKK friend's. Get educated, bitch.

  • @dangzh24 - Hmm, that's odd because a NATIONAL POLL conducted by a DEMOCRATIC SIDED company just revealed that FOX News is regarded as the most reliable news network in America based on ratings. Chew on that. Oh, and Glenn Beck was voted 2nd most popular in the U.S., second only to Oprah. Hmm, how does that taste? LOL

  • Fox loose is a republican propaganda station.....the whole country knows that.

  • ha ha ha...what a crock of shit you are...I bet you got that from FOX News too...that's the funniest thing I've heard all day. Like I said...Ditto!

  • @dangzh24 - Well, considering a democrat based poll released last week shows FOX News as the most reliable source of news, I guess so. Glenn Beck is also the 2nd most popular TV personality ion America, second only to Oprah. How does that shit taste? LMAO! Sorry libs, you;re goin down!

  • could you tell me what poll that is by name? bet you can't....ha ha ha....

  • @dangzh24 Wow! I didn't know that people could be as stupid as you are.

  • right back at cha...bubba!

  • You're like FOX News, you make up shit to feed it to shit heads cons.

  • @dangzh24

    the other way around dipshit

  • the other way around shithead.

  • He didn't call him a liar, he was just pointing out that Obama had his facts wrong.

  • @dangzh24 - Obama should resign, he did lie and he IS full of shit. I'm glad Alito stood up to that dumb prick for once. 3 more years and that dumb clown will be out of the whitehouse.

  • thank you media matters for posting this! you could also post a little info on the right side of the video explaining that the president was NOT accurate in what he said about that court ruling. this wasnt a campaign event, it was the state of the union. our community organizer in chief needs to get that through his thick skull.

  • I think Supreme Court Justice Alito was actually lipsinking "ACORN"

  • Coming from the mouth of a man who sold his soul to George Soros lock, stock and barrel. Pompous, lying, sack of crap. He is truly unbearable to listen to.

  • When Foreign Corporations start to bank roll the upcoming elections you dumb fucking idiots on the right will realize how bad of a decision the SC just made.

  • @svahdat - Just like the unions bankroll the democrats now? Ya, you don't like it when it doesn't fit your socialist, liberal agenda, do you?

  • Newsflash: Corp. are worth billions. Unions not so much.

  • "IT"S SIMPLY NOT TRUE" were his exact words, I know because I was two rows back! Senator Schumer is such a tool. Not withstanding the fact he blows with the wind like a smelly flatch, his facial contempt is just wicked . . .

  • I believe our fine Supreme Court Justice may have defined the entire Obama Administration and cemented in time what we all believe from Obama and his Administration, "That's not true."

How tasteless, tacky, and disrespectful to America to attack invited guests and guests who do not have a public platform for partisan bickering, they can't fight back. Justice Alito however, gave comfort to many of us as a true leader and I thank him.

  • @lanettetay - I agree, Obama broke decorum by attacking our nation's highest court on national television while they were unable to defend themselves. What a pice of shit coward Obama is. I hope he gets impeached or at the least, I hope we vote his liberal ass out of office in 3 years. The day can't come sooner for America.

  • "With all due deference to separation of powers" -- in other words, f**k the Constitution. Whether they reversed a "century" of law is open to debate, but what they did do is live up to the words of the Constitution: "Congress shall make no law respecting the freedom of the press...." I love it how when the Supreme Court defends the speech freedoms of newspapers, the NY Times mythologizes it as "Gideon's Trumpet." When they do the same for someone else, its cause for a front page smear article.

  • Looks like he said "simply not true". I'm going to stay out of the right or wrong part of the discussion. Any lip readers out there with an opinion on what came out of his mouth?

  • aidahwedo~~

Huh? I was trying to lip read Alito and wondered if there were any other lip readers out there that wanted to comment. I don't know how you get to Australia or racisim from my comment.

  • he said it looks like, "no way, Not true

  • Most of you are complete morons. A separate section of the law, prohibits foreign nationals from making expenditures or contributions. Foreign nationals includes corporations that are not incorporated or headquartered in the United States. This is an extremely broad prohibition that applies to any US election and to any activity in connection with an election. The Citizens United ruling doesnt touch this prohibition and specifically notes that it makes no judgment about foreign corporations.

  • Good for Alito...he needs to tell this "Liar in Chief" exactly that...Obama wants to curb the 1st amendment in favor of him and his marxist progressives. So screw him and the marxist left. A decision for uphold the constitution was made and Obama hate it as if it was a dagger in his heart. The Prince of Darkness Bleeds!!!

  • Most media is left & was exempt from being considered a corporation; so the left had free advertising.

When Mccain-Feingold made it impossible for a business to donate to a campaign, this meant two things. One I just mentioned & the other is it meant that the only type of person who could run for office on the right had to be very rich to finance a campaign.

This kept 'average joe' perpetually average despite individual potential. This seems against core American values.

  • Does anyone here actually think about WHY the SCOTUS ruled as they did? The majority opinion, in short, was that corporations whose livelihood may depend on issues brought into the political arena should be free to spend their money trying to defeat causes that might do them harm, and that by limiting that right, it was an infringement on their right to free speech. Also, Ginsburg looks like a gargoyle there.

  • So do you think the ruling will have positive or negative effects on the average American citizen?

  • The purpose of the supreme court is to INTERPRET EXISTING LAW. Social change must come thru Congress, NOT thru the courts. On some of the most important social issues the court has usurped its Constitutional powers. In a similar manner, the office of the President has consistently abused the executive order (Bush was a prime example). Term limits in Congress and in the courts as well as significant pay cuts for government employees, would be a start in the right direction.

  • Now perhaps would you like to try answering the question, or are you just interested in off-topic ranting?

  • The power elite can expose who they really work for all they want. These people, these supreme court cronies from the Bush/Cheney regime do not work for Americans nor the US. This move will not stand. It's a desperate attempt by a desperate failing regime. Did you see the smug looks on their faces? I can't wait to see the look go from smug to frown when they are all hauled off for treason. Traitors.

We've been manipulated enough by the Saudi's as it is.

The Supreme Justices work for OIL.

  • Exaggerate much?

  • I'll take your use of a fallacial distraction ("alien abductions") as further evidence of the lack of evidence of Barry's original birth certificate. The COLB has been discredited and failed to include the two key pieces of information that have yet to be released: the attending physician and hospital of birth. The State of Hawaii has further fueled the controversy by not releasing the original document (certain Hawaii officials claimed to have seen the "vital records"). This will not go away.

  • That wasn't a distraction, that was an attack on your lack of critical thinking regarding an issue that has long been resolved conclusively. I suppose a better juxtaposition would have been to ask if you also believe 9/11 was an inside job.

  • "long resolved conclusively" Not a chance. What you meant to say was, "long IGNORED conclusively". Spaz, if you have any conclusive evidence (COLB and STATEMENTS from Hawaii officials do not count) then cough it up. 9/11 has nothing to do with this argument, and is just another desperate fallacial distraction. Complicating the situation is Obama's decision to spend sums estimated over $1 million to avoid releasing an original long-form state birth certificate that would end the questions.

  • lol

  • The Presidents swipe at the Supreme Court was a breach of decorum,

and represents the worst of Washington politics — scapegoating special

interest bogeymen for all that ails Washington in attempt to silence

the diverse range of speakers in our democracy, said Bradley A. Smith

  • Sounds like fear mongering.

  • TO: Singlepayercentral Is this your standard reply to any issue? You have only addressed race here and not any issues spoken to in this vid. You also make a lot of assumptions about me and others, about our ages, race, sex and what I "get to say" about race. Last I looked, the constitution does not have protected classes by race in the

1st Amendment. Sounds like you need to address some "micro" issues before you attempt solve the problems of the world on youtube. You are an angry black boy.

  • LOL at the ignorance of these posts. Alito was saying "Not true" to Obama's reference of foreign corporations contributing to elections. That is ILLEGAL. Basically Obama put out a BLATANT LIE in an unprecedented attack on the Supreme Court. And yet ignorant people on here post that foreign companies can contribute to our elections.

  • @COMCHAMP ..... if YOU believe that there will be NO way for foreign companies to buy advertising time in support or against a candidate, then I must conclude that it is YOU who is ignorant. Read the details of the ruling. I did.

  • Correction. It WAS illegal, but with the new ruling by the Supreme Court, it is now illegal to limit ANY spending on advertising in our election on ANY corportation, foreign or domestic.

  • Sammy Alito has no problem strip searching little children, so I would see why I has no problem with letting corporations openly but elections.

  • "Sammy" Alito... Love it. That's all the respect he deserves at the moment.

  • I should say, "Sammy, The Bull" Alito.

  • Shame on the Supreme Court! DUMB decision!!

  • Alito and those other 4 clowns just ruined the country. Now China can elect the next American President. Awesome. Way to go. We can thank GW for this too...

  • @AnalogKid1983 - Hey moron, read the ruling before you talk... judging by your comment, you have no clue what it's actually about. Stop jumping on the liberal hippie bandwagon and actually READ THE RULING. Dumb liberals.

  • you fuckin faggot. uneducated loser. you must be rich pussy who doesn't do his own laundry, otherwise, if you're a conservative and poor, you're just a fuckin retard. i'll kill you faggot.

  • @AnalogKid1983 Are you a moron or just educated in the public school system?

  • time to impeach?

  • Takes balls to slam a group of very learned people sitting right in front of you on one of the most-televised events of the year...

  • Great minds discuss ideas; Average minds discuss events; Small minds discuss people. -Eleanor Roosevelt

Get that Small minds discuss people. Instead of hating President Obama use your mind to make this country better one.

  • @greenup911 - Hmm, since Obama seemed to spend most of his night discussing people like George Bush and the SCOTUS, I think that answers that questions. Small minds discuss people.

  • I'm sure Justice Alito wasn't gesturing simply to the statement that BO just made. Rather, I think it was his reaction to most of the bullshit flowing out of BO's lying pie-hole.

  • Funny how you right-wingers forget the H, only when it is most convenient. My prayer for tea bagging right-wingers: psalm 109.

  • Not sure what you mean by "H". Funny how you label me as a right winger when I'm a disenchanted Obama supporter knowing I screwed up my vote. You haven't accepted that reality quite yet. Don't worry you'll get to experience the collapse just like all of us will.

  • You, a "disenchanted Obama supporter?" I don't think so. What your comment "revealed" was that you posted this piece of vomit: "bullshit flowing out of BO's lying pie-hole" -- was that you had nothing of value to say. You presented no cogent argument against Obama's policies. You simply were vulgar and disrespectful. That is the hallmark of a teabagging right-winger. You earned that title with that comment.

  • @aidahwedo

"...That is the hallmark of a teabagging right-winger. You earned that title with that comment."

That was a clever way stoop down to his level (by saying that "he earned it").

Clever or not, I just wanted to point out that you still ended up doing the exact thing you were criticizing him for.

For I'm sure he believed that the person he was criticizing 'earned' the vulgarity (which you were criticizing) as well.

  • I can't argue with you on that, I am clever. I gave a reasoned argument for coming to my conclusion. If the shoe fits...

  • @aidahwedo

" I gave a reasoned argument for coming to my conclusion. If the shoe fits..."

You may have offered a fair point that it was low class of that guy to be disrespectful to the Pres. But the irony is that you were low class in reprimanding him by acting low class in doing it. This was my only point.

  • @itreeye The zealous way you are defending the jerk doesn't say much about you. I on the other hand was defending the American presidency. What's your excuse?

  • @aidahwedo

" The zealous way you are defending the jerk.."

I wasn't defending anyone, I was agreeing w/ your criticizing of his behavior, yet reminding you how criticizing others can be difficult (even if deserved) because one can so easily fall to the moral level of the one they are chastising whilst trying to be effectively critical of them. In other words I was defending this simple point, which I thought made common sense?

  • Comment removed

  • @aidahwedo

"so now you got to use the word 'whilst""

everyone does that here in oz...leftover from the brits I guess..

  • What a POMPOUS, ARROGANT, IDEOLOGUE this president it ! ! ! He is truly embarrassing our country! He just doesn't get it! But he will.... come the next round of elections! And the 2012 Election!

  • I thought it was amusing last time the teleprompter reader in chief appeared at the same podium and a GOP congressman said "you lie." Now he has a respected Supreme Court Justice saying it to him. This dork Obama is clueless and a total liar.

  • @WilliamRowlett

respected Supreme Court justice? uh yeah buddy. everyone knows Alito jerks off with his right hand except you.

  • @WilliamRowlett - He's gonna learn that taking cheap shots at the nations highest court on national television doesn't go without a remark. Dumb ass clown Obama. He needs to flap his ears and fly back to Kenya or wherever the fuck he's from.

  • I'm a progressive and plenty grown up, thank you very much.

  • What Alito was really sayin was 'Not true, you idiot peasants NEVER had a choice anyways for YEARS, we just brought in more in your FACE' a show of WHAT the fuck are you gonna do about IT, thats right N O T H I N G but go out and buy a new iPAD you idiots and complain on that, carry on with your dumbed down lives FFS...

    BRAVO Mr Alito BRAVO...idiots

My question is WHAT are you gonna do about it....hahahahah

  • Sorry SinglePayerCentral, but respect for that office died when Clinton made a mockery of it.

Supreme court judges also hold lofty offices, but you don't seem to have any trouble disrespecting them do you? Hypocrite.

Oh, and that race card you playing...?

You might as well use it to wipe your butt because after the free pass Reed got for his racist remarks, it made all race cards in this country absolutely good for nothing else.

  • @adnilnosnhoj let's see - yet another white boy in his 20s.

Respect is what you have when you are standing in front of a judge in any court of law. You try your antics there, ok? Then get back to us here on the result.

The supreme court justices when they speak are accorded same deference. THEY were not speaking here.

  • @SinglePayerCentral

Oh so you can determine what a person's age, sex, and race is by one posting they make? WOW!

I'll give you a little hint, if you had taken to the time to READ my name, you would know I'm not a man!

But the fact that you brought it upon yourself to decide who I am without one shred of evidence, only confirms how the loony left thinks.

  • @adnilnosnhoj Plenty in the whitehouse thought George Bush was a joke but you did not see them interrupt speeches and spew commentary and such disrespect. Same for Clinton - plenty in THAT whitehouse were extremely critical and distrusting of him but they did not behave like 3 year olds thinking that somehow because they disagreed with their boss, they had the right to disregard and not listen RESPECTFULLY.

  • @SinglePayerCentral

    Bush was never interrupted?

I recall a woman being removed from the hall for screaming, "Bush lied, people died."

    That doesn't count?

  • No, she was not a member of Congress nor a Supreme Court Justice, and if you note - she was removed. Maybe Wilson and Alito should have been removed.

  • @adnilnosnhoj As for race - you don't get to say, as a white boy, what IS or is NOT racist. Given you have no idea what it is to be discriminated against and likely weren't even alive when blacks and whites were segregated altogether and blacks couldn't vote, I see no relevance whatsoever in your opinion as to whether ANY comment is or is not racist. your defensiveness itself suggests your own bias.

  • @SinglePayerCentral LOL! No, seriously, you made me laugh out loud for real.

All I can say is I wish I had the knowledge and common sense I have now when I was in my 20's, because back then I was every bit brainwashed, and delusional as any loony lefty.

But, then I grew up, got a job, had kids, found Jesus, got a life. It's amazing how these things strip away the socialist blinders.

Oh and feel free to call ma any name you like. I don't give a rat's tail.

  • @SinglePayerCentral - Your comment in itself is racist you fucking douche. You weren't alive either when blacks and whites were segregated so shut the fuck up. Besides, that was how long ago? Get over it and get a job... no ones cares about it anymore. The race card is soooooo 40 years ago, that shit doesn't work anymore.

  • I am in my 60s and you are, from your YouTube postings, obviously the age of the youngest of my peers (...and of some of the kids I teach). The language you use is always a dead giveaway (by the way) even without the visual. I have a job. You, on the other hand are too much of a coward to complete even the high school diploma that might lead to your employment. Had you passed HS math and history, you would know I WAS very much alive during the voting rights act's inception.

  • @SinglePayerCentral - LOL, I have a Masters degree and own 2 successful businesses in California grossing nearly 800k a year, so no, I'm afraid to tell you, you are not more successful. The people like you who brag about their "education" and "success" in literally EVERY post are the ones that know in their minds they are a failure. Believe it or not, if you came down off your pedestal, you'd see that many people actually went to school, have a job and are very successful. Think about that.

  • @SinglePayerCentral - Wow, another idiot who wants socialist healthcare. Not even gonna get started on that but you idiots will see how bad of an idea that is when it implodes in your face. Socialist healthcare will destroy us small business owners resulting in less jobs. Way to go dems! Always shooting yourself in the foot with your dumb, costly, socialist ideas.

  • umm too bad it is true. thats exactly what that ruling meant.

  • Come on, it is obviously not true that that ruling will have any effect on elections or corruption at all.

If anybody thinks that corporations would be willing to to donate large amounts of money so that a candidate would get elected with their interests in mind your crazy. All corporations are nice, trustworthy entities. Enron, Haliburton, Monsanto... These companies are American heros!

  • @SinglePayerCentral

That may be, but Justice Alito along with the other Sups represent the third branch of shared power. Seems he was reacting to the 'foreign powers' claim. Maybe he thinks there is some magic filter that lets only American corporate moneys go to campaign contributions.

  • Did his mother and father not instruct him on the idea of RESPECT for authority (i.e., whether it is a parent, teacher, or your boss) REGARDLESS of one's preference or opinion?

The lack of respect for the current POTUS on the part of the GOP and its supporters is unprecedented. You'd have to be extremely naive and ignorant to believe anything other than racism lies at the core of such hubris.

  • The GOP was 100% excluded by the POTUS and Dems while they pursue their liberal agenda, the distribution of "pork" & closed door deal making If the race card is all you can come up with then Im not surprised that Mr. Obama got elected, did nothing for a year, spends an hour saying the same things as a ear ago and people who make remarks like that still don't get it. This only leads to suspect that people who make this kind of un substantiated racial remark voted for him only based on his color

  • @gheubel Re "The GOP was 100% excluded..." sounds SO much like the kids I deal with "...mommy, he wouldn't let me..." "...mommy, the dog ate it..." "...mommy, he never lets us..." bla bla bla bla.

That martyrdom shtick only goes so far. By the way, I am likely old enough to be your grandmother, am white, and teach boys like you whose maturity level is always marked by a reliance on assumption (& inherited and unexamined bias) rather than fact.

  • it is apparent that you are clueless.

  • Judge Alito is a scumbag.
