@thebionicpig It really would not matter (past or future), having a story take place on cybertron would be big enough just for the simple fact that it is taking a place in a setting we are not familiar with.

The reason I used the up coming game as an example is because it looks like an up to date cybertron from the 80s just like the transformers in that trailer looked like the 80s versions just up to date.

The 80s cartoon only had Sam and his father, and they were only in 1/4 of each episode.

i think revenge failed when they put spectacle before story so they should have a good plot and not so much action. As much as id like to see it in 2011 i think they should take more time over it because they effects in t2 are inferior to 1. (scene where megatron and starscream fly on to piramid- 'PRIME' example) Needs a logical thought through story and solid action but toned down would make my perfect t3

Actually i agree with you . Becase this was off of a DVD , but if he was telling us , like what was going to happen in the movie like the plot, then of course there may be a few lies here and there .
