  • Cool video...reminds me of running old hardinge turret lathes retrofitted with omniturn cnc...long time ago. The endmill sounded bad and left a poor finish. You might have better luck with a shorter flute length.

  • hi,, can we use tht machine for MS at same speed...

  • Must destroy ... Skynet...

  • High quality ?

0:58 & 1:08 etc. sounds bad, motor is losing speed if small tools are cutting

1:58 why does the machine thinking so long between the cuts ?

2:10 part is falling down in the clunker, bye.

  • @Hennes1971 thought exactly the same... especiallly the motor that's losing speed with a small tool.. it even sounds horrible

  • For some reason when i watched this i felt like i was watching robot porn

  • @dstudinski brass is easy to cut.... so not long... all u need is a lathe and a miller for the hex and job done... obviously this machines alot quicker

  • if i was gonna hazard a guess id say about 5

  • stages at part off? They are cutting chamfers onto one or both sides of the groove.

  • Can anyone tell me why the parting cuts always seem to have two stages (or more)? They seem to be offset a bit, maybe to prevent damage from the chips or something?

  • @jcims to avoid damaging the parting tip corners - puts a little bit in - pulls out and goes in again off set

  • It would take a very long time to do that part with manual machining and not so much because of the machinist's inability to work his machine quickly and accurately as because with manual machining this part would be multi-op, like perhaps 3-ops or more versus this CNC machine's single-op. Good point you make.

  • Millions of engineers all over the world unemployed with the advent of CNC machinery.

  • don't you mean machinists? Engineers still have to design parts for CNC production.

  • ПРОСТО СУПЕР!!!

  • WoooooW!

  • Nice chatter on the hex flats. Try a larger diameter cutter.

  • Oo zu hart

  • I would make coins :))
