Funny how John Waters considers this his fave christmas movie. I saw this when i was 12 when i rented it and is a good psychological horror comedy thriller than a slasher flick like Silent Night Deadly Night and more like American Psycho

no idea haven't seen that one. I love this one because the killer is really just a nice guy he's just crazy. You feel for him. It delves into the depths of severe psychitzophrenia.

However if you want to be a real skin flint, Brentwood have it in several of their cheap boxsets (be warned though, the video compression they use make the movie blocky as hell)
