    normal chember size,

    normal valve morphology,

    estimated EF 46%........hehehehe....

  • the septum endocard doesen't move hypokinesis

  • How can you tell if the septum is infarcted or not?

  • Anterior Septal hypokinesis was noted.

  • The septal wall isn't thickening/squeezing as much as it should. Hypokinesis just means that a muscle segment's wall thickening motion has been reduced.
