Kind of. Buzz comes with a lot of synthesizers and effects. The synths have some presets too. So you can link the synths with the effects and make sounds like these, but it's a bit more complex than most music programs.
The drums are not part of Buzz. Buzz doesn't come with any samples.
Buzz Tracker is freeware. It's also pretty complicated and unintuitive as far as music software goes. Watch the BUZZ 101 video on my youtube page to see if it all makes sense to you. :)
There are a few commercial plugins used in this song: Whitenoise ZeroVector and Voxengo Elephant mainly. About $100 in cost. Not too bad. :)
FL Studio is a good choice. Also Reason is good. Both of those come with lots of synth presets and samples. They're very self-contained and music ready.
Give Buzz a shot tho. It's a rewarding program to use once you get a hang of it.
Oh, but I forgot to mention. I actually don't have ezmuze yet. Microsoft have "locked" my purchasing ability. So I have to call them and get my account reactivated. :\
Haha, that's a bit of a stretch. They're completely different chords and melodies - though both do have guitar and some kind of high synth sound playing. :D
They're individual drum samples. Use the Matilde Tracker machine to sequence your drums. You can also use drum loops. They're available all over the net for free or on sample CD's.
Use google to search for, "Free drum samples" and you should get a lot of results.
Nice tune, mate. I'm very pleased to see that there still are devoted buzzers out there. Trough the Years i've used various software. But in the end i always end up with buzz. Love it.
how complicated is this software and how much does it cost?

Thanks for listening, though. :)

what mixer are u use and where can i get it? currently im using Buze which is a modern remake of Buzz but not by jeskola...
DJWaterfall21 3 years ago
Hi. The mixer in the video is the LD Mixer. It's available on the buzzmachines site.
I normally don't use a mixer, it was used just for the video. :)

VSTs don't have multiple inputs.
WhatUsernamesleft 3 years ago
Actually, VST plugins do support multiple inputs. Voxengo Crunchessor, for instance can support 4 inputs for side-chain compression. :)

where did you get the drumbeats in buzz?
