There is a good reason why painters are su successfull in Sweden. Just five-ten years ago, there very few survailance cameras in the sthlm Subway and Guards were not often seen. Today, there is guards and cameras everywhere in "inner-city". Today this would almost be impossible. The police is nothing patrooling the subways. Its private security-guards and they like to use their baton. Still, the nightwatchman-state in Sweden is pretty much non-existent, so this kind of "crimes" is possible.
