@Ash12241991 Kane had a very small pyrotechnic device strapped to his hand. That's how he hit Chyna. The Undertaker had black paint around his eyes so it was more difficult to tell that it was infact The Undertaker and not an impostor. Kane, back when he wore the mask, wore black paint as well.

Thank you. People here trying to impress by saying, "Oh, OBVIOUSLY it's Undertaker! I knew that from the start!" It's always easy to spot the differences afterwards but back then very few even noticed a thing because no one was expecting it to be anyone but Kane. Though rare, Kane had worn a two-sleeved outift before. The only hint that something was off was the way Taker walked out on the ramp (he moved too stiffly in the shoulders and chest), and even that's barely noticeable.

Even at the time this happened it was obvious it wasn't the real Kane, Mark Calloway isn't as big built as Glen Jacobs, for a start his arms look really thin in the two sleeve attire and his upper body looks considerably smaller.

Then of course there's the flying clothesline off of the ropes, Glen Jacobs has never done that as Kane, he just does top rope lariats off of the top turnbuckle.
