Puerto Rico is happy because the people are extremely nice, they make you feel good and important as if you were a child. That's what I felt when I visited, but you have to socialize with the people there, not the hotel staff. :)

A bit pedantic in the narration overall a good effort. The lady tour guide about 4:23 is wonderful and worth her ticket.
