Yes, been there done that. Went incognito to a bar called Murffs, shot pool, had a few rounds, observed the infamous Ole Miss pageantry that parallels make-up on a prostitute, only to see obnoxious behavior that rivals the "best".

Actually, I'm not an Ole Miss fan, and secondly, I don't support anything people like that say. I have my own reasons for disliking LSU, particularily that it basically raped higher education in the state of Louisiana. But I ate to say it, most LSU fans haven't impressed on me in the least any real sense of civility. Did you ever find that video I directed you toward?

Oh, big deal. Who cares that many of our residents were raised in such a way as to not value education or either never had the money to get an education. This can be traced all the way back to yankee merchants who forcefully yanked Africans from their homeland and brought them here to sell them against their will--and many of these were sold in New Orleans, in your yankeelike podunk state. Is that really all you can think of as an insult to Ole Miss? You really must be running low on ideas. I thought I already explained to you the major reason why we were on the bottom in rankings--much of it is due to the fact that yankeelike merchants (for the sake of monetary gain) sold African slaves (many, in your city of New Orleans) to Mississippians. These Africans had no chance to be educated, and are just now recovering. Now, Mississippians are trying to overcome racism. You got it?

Man, you really show a lack of knowledge here. Mississippi has "the highest percentage of Africans" in the USA. South Carolina, Alabama, and Louisiana are not far behind. Now, go look up your beloved "rankings". Neither Virginia or North Carolina has as high a percentage of Africans. Again, this is not to label Africans as "dumb" because they are not. Rather it shows the long-lasting negative impact of being held in slavery with little chance for education or cultivation.

Also, many of our white settlers were the poor, disenfranchised Scotch-Irish who came here for land. Even back in Scotland, they never really tasted the cultivation that comes from being a part of the Greco-Roman tradition--Scotland was never conquered by the Romans. Deep South whites came from the more Nordic, independent stock--never having tasted of the old philosophy of Plato, Aristotle, like most other European countries which were conquered by Rome. The South is a NEW civilization.

I know youre excited about the win and everything, and congratulations. It was your first since 2002. But, nonetheless, LSU has accomplished more since 2001 than Ole Miss has in its entire history.
