  • First of all, its nothing called spot fat removal, so forget that. Second of all, good chin up teqhnique. Third of all. Its called chin up, underhand grip is pull up. Forth of all, never take tip of a scrony old man with a body of a 12 year old. Why do you think you can do chin ups so good ? you weigh like 60kg at max ! I can't even do one, but im much stronger and bigger than you.

  • @BeYourPotential im telling you that your videos are shit, and by the looks of it, you know nothing about fitness. In the video, saying the full latin name of the muscles, playing smart ! and btw: second exercise wont help yout at all with chin ups, cus it hits the back in a different angle, not the angle you use in chin ups. It would help you with t-bar row, or cable rows.

  • @nana0701 cardio excersizes. its hard to burn fat in specific places. but by doing pull ups and stuff it helps build muscles in those areas which can tone.
