@LoneStar1776 You are wrong. Any pixels that Illustrator decides are "text" during optimization are put into a separate monochome layer. Take a look. Every single pixel is *exactly* the same color. Of course there is no "chromatic aberration" in a monochrome layer. Illustrator also adds a "white" layer behind the monochrome text to make it stand out. It's text detection is not perfect, so it leaves some text as originally scanned, notably the last "1" in the certificate number.

@iamlost2 That is not my personal assertion. I was relaying the argument of karl denninger. I am still trying to get to the bottom of all this.... Why didn't the Obama administration just scan the document as a single JPG? It's almost like they wanted to create confusion with layers, linked files, chromatic abberations,,,,, just scan the damn paper as a JPG, they made it crazy complicated when it didn't have to be.

It really does not matter, it's just the same ole Certificate of Birth released two years ago. No Hawaii State Seal and it's only stamped with: I CERTIFY THIS IS A TRUE COPY OR ABSTRACT OF TXE RECORD ON FILE IN THE HAWAII STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH.

It's an abstract, which means this is what the document 'should' look like if it were true.

Alex Jones made a good point about this document, saying that a forgery so sloppily made must be intentional. It is impossible to believe that they would construct all of these layers and then accidentally leave the layer trail in the document when they put it out to the public. Jones is right, it clearly is intentional. The mainstream public doesn't care to hear why, it is too much of a hassle for them. What a mess!!
