  • I am 5'10 238. I WAS 270 about 6 months ago..... I dont understand how i gained so much. After college i was 190 brick shit house, 3 years later i was 270 lard ass. Must be all the pot i smoked

    trying to gain weight with MAX OT training

    im 6"6 176 lbs.

    monday i train legs. practice 4 leg exercise around 260 lbs, sets of 2 x 4-6

    the point of this training is only to build muscle, not look muscly like a retard.

    u must push the weights so that u CAN do atleast 4, but u musnt be able to do more then 6.

    tuesday arms.. same there, this is where ive improved fastest.

    wednesday breast, stomach same here..

    Well, you speak the truth when it comes to how to bulk up, but i dont really get why you talked about it.

  • 5'8'' 170 lbs. im 14. i do karate twice a week, mma once a week, and wrestling once a week. wrestling season starts after turkey day, so after that i might lose some weight/ turn fat into muscle. OH, and i set a new record for # of pullups in a row today in wrestling. my new record is 3 =D couldnt do 1 when i started going to open mat for wrestling. it's a start
