I have watched your videos since day 23 and i just wanted to let you know that your effort to lose that extra gravity has inspired me to motivate my dad. Right now , I'm gonna tell my dad about this diet thing,

OH, and i set a new record for # of pullups in a row today in wrestling. my new record is 3 =D couldnt do 1 when i started going to open mat for wrestling. it's a start
I don't get how my wait works...I'm a fat kid, I know, but I've maintained the same wait for 2 or so years. It stats with in 200 -/+ with 10 at most either way, but my Dr. wants me to get 180. 1:46 Lol, I have one from me in like 2005 O_O

trying to gain weight with MAX OT training
im 6"6 176 lbs.
monday i train legs. practice 4 leg exercise around 260 lbs, sets of 2 x 4-6
the point of this training is only to build muscle, not look muscly like a retard.
u must push the weights so that u CAN do atleast 4, but u musnt be able to do more then 6.
tuesday arms.. same there, this is where ive improved fastest.
wednesday breast, stomach same here..
