  • Here are the keys on how to get stronger!!!

    Use whatever weight you use for a start and do about 3 sets of 15 for the first two weeks, then switch up to 20 for another 2 weeks (4 weeks total). After that, increase it to 25 and then after these first six weeks expire, increase 5 more pounds of weight and repeat the same exact thing I've explained to you over and over again until your strength improves.

    Practice makes Perfect so stick with it. Do not give up and Good luck!!!
