If you (David) want to beat Uncle Tom in arm wrestling one day, my advice is that you should at least go into the weight room about three times a week and lift LOTS of weights using dumbbells for a start so that your arms can get much stronger over time.
Use whatever weight you use for a start and do about 3 sets of 15 for the first two weeks, then switch up to 20 for another 2 weeks (4 weeks total). After that, increase it to 25 and then after these first six weeks expire, increase 5 more pounds of weight and repeat the same exact thing I've explained to you over and over again until your strength improves.
Practice makes Perfect so stick with it. Do not give up and Good luck!!!
