Anyway, putting the piano an octave down is a solid idea. Two is ridiculous. But what happens to the mix when you put the piano in the same registers as the backing vocals? And if I took out the piano, where would the vibe from the original track be? In the end, what's done is done and hopefully it inspires fun not disgust.
