@justincarson haha well if you're asking what mic it is that I use, I have the samson CO1U. It's not bad, and a good price. With mics you will always get this static "self noise" and the co1u is no exception, but it's fine, and quiet. I mostly got it because it was one of the most well known usb condenser mics. If you want to know anything else don't hesitate to ask.

hey there, hope you read this. i hope its okay to give you some tips, i'm a local producer and one guy i work with sounds a lot like you, and you might wanna try this with your vocals: 1) the high pass is a great start, good thinking. 2) try recording in a smaller room, or even a closet! trust me, it will sound even better. 3) a little bit of autotune, really NOT a lot. almost unrecognizable. ps: your mic already looks good, so nice choice.

@LaPoirette I used a general "high pass filter" If you have any kind of filter options, you should be able to find a high, and low pass filter. I looked back on it, and I also used some reverb. Hope that helps.

@culturaleyes I used autogun and just searched around for something that sounded similar. Here's the preset number that you can enter into autogun after clicking on the question mark when you open autogun up.

967460948 / 4294967296

I'm not sure what the / is, but just try one at a time then the whole thing.
