@phanable1 Ub procmon you can see what's the problem and solve it. Example, google desktop takes up too much memory or whatever, then you see what's going on and uninstall it. Like a computer's birdseye.

thia really didnt explain anything. only observational tactics. like yer. i know you can kill processes but thats one off. then restart kill em again and so on. i will suggest disk cleanups and defragmentations theyre good. also cleaning internal hardware especially your cpu fan.

@BleepFilms don't do defragmentations very often, they might cause a HDD failure, so you will probably loose your data and you'll have to buy a new HDD and restore data from the old one which most probably is not going to restore everything. You should run defragmentations twice a year. Note: For Those who don't know HDD = Hard Disk Drive ( In Other Words it is your hard drive)
