ooo, some of the more NES like sounds used i didnt know the master system was capable of! Sounds a lot like the soundtrack to McDonaldland on that system.
The SEGA Master System sound chip actually used 5 sound channels not 4, on the back of the box it says 4 and on wikipedia it says 4 but some music composers on this system were able to put in 5 sounds at the exact same time, Matt Furniss was one sound artist that was able to do that. Very rarely was it heard though as most sounds have to share the space and play in between each other, very similar to the NES indeed.
