Marbling does NOT equal flavour or quality. American hormone grass fed beef wont cut it, its not good. You can stick Wagyu in the toilet, its flavourless pap bred to be melting but tastes bland cos its fed on GRAIN! Argentinian USED to be good but since their economy collapsed all of their excellent grassfed beefstock is now grainfed and tasteless. You want good beef? Nirvana is England; English Longhorn or Black Angus (NOT Aberdeen Angus or cros bred!!!). Until youve tried, you cant comment.

when we were young my mom made beef by stewing it in a pot it was so tender and juicy and delicious but it was a cheap cut. later grown up i ate my first sirloin steak and hated it it was so tough and tasteless and the fat you would chew and chew and not put a dent in it. cheap beef cooked well is much better than expensive beef so i doubt this hamburger is all he says it is - me i like harveys or a whopper with cheese no onions
